People Partner

We are looking for a great People Partner who will care about Teqies!


The main responsibilities will be:
  • Providing full-cycle support for departments' managers and employees, including:
  • Approving candidates to the department (ensuring team and culture fit);
  • Tracking department’s hiring stats and progress;
  • Candidates preboarding support and tracking;
  • Ensuring safe onboarding of newcomers;
  • Planning and conducting feedback and development meetings with employees;
  • Tracking employees development according to the goals set;
  • Preparing and supporting promotions and demotions;
  • Supporting dismissal process, including feedback, exit interviews, and outplacement activities;
  • Tracking and mitigating attrition and disengagement risks;
  • Mitigating and mediating conflicts and escalation cases;
  • Providing additional support related to benefits: health insurance, teambuilding events initiation, and participation;
  • Aggregating information and statistics related to the abovementioned responsibilities.
We would like to see:
  • A service-oriented mindset;
  • Relevant experience at supporting people as an HRBP, HR-generalist, HR-specialist, and alike;
  • Systematic HR approach and knowledge;
  • Interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Computer literacy (JIRA proficiency is an advantage);
  • English proficiency (both spoken and written).
