Digital Marketing Manager

As Digital Marketing Manager, you will:
  • Understand and execute against the strategic marketing plan objectives, strategies and tactics across the entire customer life cycle;
  • Participate in the planning and execution of the Global marketing program;
  • Support and execute on plans generated by the Regional Marketing Managers, Sales team, and other internal customers;
  • Supervise, hire and train the internal digital marketing team including a second-in-command; select and manage external contractors;
  • Manage the digital marketing budget including paid advertising, Google Adwords, Directories, Social boosts, SEO, retargeting and other campaigns;
  • Manage the Search Engine Optimization efforts across the entire team ensuring the content team executes for optimal search results;
  • Responsible for all digital analytics, summarizing and reporting results metrics to stakeholders. Provide results for department KPI metrics;
  • Keep up to date on the latest inbound and outbound marketing techniques and constantly test, measure and refine new methods;
  • Manage the marketing team’s use of the marketing tech stack (Hubspot CMS, HubSpot Marketing Hub, CRM and other marketing tools);
  • Support the company’s Account-Based Marketing strategy.
Who we’re looking for:
  • Efficient multi-tasker who is able to work with a team across distance, work in a matrix management environment and work independently to make good decisions;
  • Fluent English and Russian (working knowledge of German a plus): be an articulate and efficient communicator;
  • Broad knowledge of digital marketing, content development, and other marketing methods;
  • Excellent written skills and ability to manage a team under deadline pressure;
  • Min. 5-7 years performing similar tasks in a similar marketing and sales environment;
  • Personnel hiring and management experience; experience managing outside resources;
  • Results oriented approach and strong attention to detail;
  • Service orientation and willingness to proactively support requests submitted to the marketing team from stakeholders across the company;
  • Self-starter capable of working independently across departments, levels of management, and global regions;
  • Creativity, curiosity, strong charisma and the temperament to work well with others; leadership by positive reinforcement;
  • Passion for customers both externally and internally;

The following skills are a plus:
  • Familiarity with the marketing tech stack and B2B Account Based Marketing techniques;
  • Experience with customer journey mapping, customer satisfaction measurement techniques like Net Promoter Score, and working with Market Research;
  • Experience working over distance with marketing managers located in geographically targeted markets (USA and EU primarily).
