Softeq Development wants to extend its sales team with experienced Sales Manager.
Our main strategy is to establish and maintain a long-term business relationship with international enterprises and / or well-funded start-ups. Among our customers are Intel, Nvidia, Microsoft, Bosch and others.
We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager with:
- 5+ year experience working as a Sales Manager in the IT industry, preferably in the outsourcing business
- Experience working with big enterprises
- Experience in selling bigger projects (500,000+)
- Excellent English and Russian
- Deep understanding of software development processes and outsourcing specifics
- Deep understanding of different Engagement models (Fixed Price, Time & Material, Dedicated Teams)
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly (US and EU mainly). Possibility for longer stays abroad is a plus
- Readiness to work hard, learn and be flexible
- Nice to have: technical background
