Develops and leads the implementation of Softeq’s Resource Management strategy in order to manage growth and retention of personnel within the Resource Organization of the Belarus office.

Together with the HR Director, the RMD drives culture implementation and management, training and development, reward and recognition, hiring and retention, and engagement and satisfaction processes in order to implement Softeq Strategy.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Define and implement resource management strategy
  • Manage Resource Managers
  • Define and implement bench management approach
  • Together with the Delivery Director, define and manage the project staffing process (including hiring)
  • Together with the HRD, define and manage training and development processes (including performance reviews) for the whole company. Responsible for implementing the processes within the Production Department
  • Manages utilization within the Production Department
  • Manages retention within Production. Together with the HRD, defines key employee retention programs
  • Supports development and implementation of centers of competence
  • Tracks Resource Management performance by defining KPIs and implementing corrective measures
  • Leads culture management within the Production Department
  • Participates in promoting the HR Brand of the Company
  • Responsible for goal setting, assessment, coaching and developing of all direct subordinates

Required Knowledge and Experience:

Education - University degree is mandatory. Technical degree is preferred. MBA is an advantage

  • Knowledge of people training and development processes

  • Knowledge in culture development & management
  • Knowledge in resource management/planning
  • Good knowledge of technological landscape in IT outsourcing
  • Fluent written and verbal English
