Develops and leads implementation of People strategy in order to promote engagement, growth, development and retention of the Minsk office personnel and ensure implementation of Softeq’s five year strategy.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Define and implement Softeq People strategy
  • Defines and manages screening, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, rotation and dismissal processes. Leads hiring process for N-1 and N-2 positions
  • Owns the culture management process; responsible for instilling values at the level of behavior
  • Defines remuneration and recognition system with participation of CFO and RMD
  • Together with RMD defines and manages training and development processes (including performance review) for the whole company
  • Defines and manages assessment, development and individual performance evaluation process. Coordinates employees assessment process, participates in the N-1 and N-2 employees individual assessment
  • Manages retention within the entire company (assists RMD to manage retention in Production). Together with RMD defines key employees & HiPo development and retention programs
  • Manages Performance Management process (IDP development, cascading goals and KPIs, evaluating results)
  • Together with Leadership Team defines communication framework and manages overall company communication channels
  • Manages Organizational Design (org charts, job descriptions, accountabilities) together with the Change Management Director
  • Organizes and manages key events
  • In alignment with the overall Softeq brand, defines the core of the HR messaging, campaigns, target audience (who are our target employees and how do we attract and retain them) and promotes the HR Brand of the Company
  • Manages employee engagement and satisfaction measurement and feedback processes
  • Responsible for the goal setting, assessment, coaching and developing of all direct subordinates

Required Knowledge and Experience:

Education - University degree is mandatory. MBA is an advantage

  • Knowledge of people training and development processes
  • Knowledge of people assessment instruments
  • Knowledge in culture development & management
  • Knowledge in resource management/planning
  • Knowledge in communication management
  • Knowledge of employee engagement and satisfaction measurement approaches and instruments
  • Knowledge of batch hiring approaches (fast hiring of large number of hard-to-find candidates with high qualifications)
  • Knowledge of stress-based interviewing and ability to assist Top Management with dismissing “high-risk” employees
  • Knowledge in hiring and recruitment instruments and approaches
  • Good knowledge of technological landscape in IT outsourcing (is an advantage)
  • Fluent written and verbal English
