We’re looking for a flexible and versatile Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the growth of our inbound sales channels and key customer accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and execute against the marketing plan objectives, strategies and tactics across the entire customer life cycle
  • Support and communicate regularly with field marketing managers, account management team, business development and other internal customers
  • Supervise, hire and train the internal digital marketing team including a second-in-command; identify, select and manage external contractors as necessary
  • Supervise the creation and publication of content and marketing communication materials to support corporate and field marketing plans
  • Supervise and manage paid advertising and organic search programs reporting metrics to stakeholders; manage the budget for paid ads, search and directories
  • Oversee brand management, corporate identity and the creation of new brands and product names
  • Serve as a customer advocate in the company; help manage, measure, report and communicate customer satisfaction metrics to all stakeholders
  • Work closely with HR to support employee communication, recruitment, loyalty and retention efforts
  • Keep up to date on the latest marketing techniques and consatantly test, measure and refine new methods
  • Manage the marketing team’s use of the marketing tech stack (Google Analytics, Adwords, Hubspot, Marketo, Engagio, Everstring and potentially other tools and platforms)
  • Lead marketing’s participation and support of the company’s Account Based Marketing strategy

The candidate must have the following skills:

Fluent English and Russian: be an articulate and efficient communicator

  • Broad knowledge of digital marketing, content development and other marketing methods
  • Excellent written skills and ability to manage a creative team under deadline pressure
  • Min. 5-7 years performing similar tasks in a similar marketing and sales environment
  • Personnel hiring and management experience
  • Results oriented approach and strong attention to detail
  • Creativity, curiosity, strong charisma and the temperament to work well with others; leadership by positive reinforcement
  • Passion for customers both externally and internally

The following skills are a plus:

  • Familiarity with the marketing tech stack and B2B Account Based Marketing techniques
  • Experience with customer satisfaction measurement techniques like Net Promoter Score
  • Experience working over distance with marketing managers located in geographically targeted markets (USA and EU primarily)
  • Some knowledge of German

Important: we are looking for an efficient multi-tasker who is able to work with a team across distance, work independently and make good decisions
